These terms and conditions apply to the 15% off your Carryover Plan for 12 months Student
Card Promotion (Promotion) conducted by Two Degrees Mobile Limited (2degrees).
3.
The offer begins on 11 February 2019 and ends on 31 March 2019 (Promotion Period).
4.
To be eligible for the Promotion you must complete the following within the Promotion Period:
a. join 2degrees on a $30+ Carryover Plan; and
b. have a valid StudentCard; and
c. register for the discount on the StudentCard website (
https://studentcard.co.nz).
5.
If during the Promotion Period you sign up to a $30 or above Carryover Pay Monthly Plan (Eligible Plan), you will be eligible for a 15% discount
(Discount) on your monthly plan fee for up to 12 consecutive months (Discount Period).
6.
The Discount is applied to your monthly plan fee only and excludes other
additional charges, including add-ons. The Discount may not be applied until your second Bill.
7.
Usual monthly plan fee applies after the Discount Period.
8.
One Discount per plan.
9.
You must remain on an Eligible Plan during the Discount Period to keep receiving the Discount.
10.
The Discount is not transferable, exchangeable, and is not available in conjunction with other offers
or plans offered at a discounted rate.
11.
The Promotion is not available to Business customers and employees of 2degrees or
Two Degrees New Zealand Limited.
12.
We assume no responsibility for, and you release 2degrees from, any loss, claim,
damage, or injury as a result of your participation in this Promotion or the conduct
of this Promotion generally, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13.
Our decisions on all matters regarding the Promotion are final and no correspondence will be
entered into.
14.
We reserve the right to change or withdraw this Promotion at any time.
15.
You are deemed to accept these terms and conditions at the time of taking the steps set out in clause 5 above.
